After high school, my best friend and I dreamt of opening a health-focused café called 'Dirt Food.' Fast forward 16 years of grueling corporate work, and cancer struck. 

Facing two types of cancer, I underwent surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy, diving deep into research. Despite various medical opinions, I embarked on exhaustive research through Amazon and the public library.

I discovered that medicine often operates as a business, with advice during treatment often emphasizing "eat whatever you want and rest." 

Curious about nutrition, I hired a nutritionist and even quit coffee due to its acidity. That's when I created Dirt Spice, which not only alkalizes coffee but also provides therapeutic benefits. 

Within 90 days of transforming my nutrition, my white cell count improved by approximately 900 points, returning me to a healthy range. 

It changed my life and we hope to change thousands of others as well!
