INGREDIENTS

Glutamine: 15g

The most prevalent non-essential amino acid found in nature, glutamine is one of the few amino acids that may pass through the blood-brain barrier without assistance.[8] Glutaamine is produced by humans through the breakdown of the proteins in their diet.[25] Glutamate becomes conditionally needed when tissue is growing or mending, such as in the case of babies or those recovering from serious illnesses or wounds.[25]

L-Citruline: 5g

Watermelon contains the amino acid L-citrulline. The body is also where it is also created. L-arginine is the amino acid that is produced when the body converts L-citrulline. Citrullus vulgaris is the Latin name for watermelon, which is where the name citrulline originates.

Creatine Monohydrate: 5g

In the body, creatine is a naturally occurring molecule. Seafood and red meat also include it. It is frequently used to increase muscle mass and exercise performance.

The synthesis of muscular energy involves creatine. Skeletal muscle contains around 95% of it. Creatine is a common ingredient in sports supplements sold in the US. Individuals who begin taking creatine with lower levels of creatine than those with greater levels appear to gain more from it.

Creatine is frequently used by people to gain more muscle mass and perform better during exercise. In addition, it is claimed to treat depression, exhaustion, multiple sclerosis (MS), cramping in the muscles, and a host of other ailments.

L-Leucine: 4g

Leucine has been shown to increase the production of muscle proteins, slowing the deterioration of muscular tissue. Comparative study findings, however, are contradictory. In older, healthy males, long-term leucine supplementation has little effect on strength or muscle mass. More research is required, ideally using a random, objective sample of the population. The analyses must take into account several factors, including age, gender, nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle choices, in order to determine the benefits of supplementing with leucine either on its own or in combination with other branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs). Until then, the primary cause of muscle growth or optimal maintenance in the general population cannot be attributed to dietary supplements containing leucine.

Valine: 3g

The branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) (leucine, isoleucine, and valine) are nutritionally essential in that they cannot be synthesized endogenously by humans and must be supplied by diet. They differ from other essential amino acids in that the liver lacks the enzymes necessary for their catabolism.

Dextrose: 3g

Dextrose can be used by bodybuilders either before or after their workouts. If they are feeling low on energy before to their workout, dextrose can provide a quick energy boost. Dextrose is a simple and effective method to give your muscles recovery carbohydrates during workouts and aid in protein absorption.

MCT Powder: 3g

MCTs have been shown to help decrease insulin resistance, lower body weight, and reduce waist circumference, all of which help manage blood sugar or blood glucose levels.

Isoleucine: 2g

The pigment inside red blood cells that carries oxygen, isoleucine, aids in the production of hemoglobin. It also aids with blood sugar regulation, energy enhancement, and endurance improvement. It is well recognized that isoleucine supports lean body mass, muscle growth, and the accelerated healing of injured muscles.

Threonine: 1.4g

L-Threonine is an essential amino acid thathelps to maintain the proper protein balance in the body. It is important for the formation of collagen, elastin, and tooth enamel, and aids liver and lipotropic function when combined with aspartic acid and methionine.

Tyrosine: 1100mg

The amino acid phenylalanine is converted by the body into the unnecessary amino acid tyrosine. It is a necessary ingredient in the synthesis of many vital neurotransmitters, which include dopamine, adrenaline, and norepinephrine.

Histidine

It'sused in growth, repair of damaged tissues, and making blood cells. It helps protect nerve cells. The body uses it to produce histamine. Histidine supplements may help treat eczema.

Methionine: 700mg

By enhancing fat metabolism, methionine may contribute to the reduction of adipose tissue and overall weight loss. Moreover, methionine plays a significant role in energy production.

Cystine: 700mg

Cysteine might be involved in the typical rate at which hair grows. Moreover, cysteine might lessen the signs of aging on the skin. It may shield the skin from radiation damage and aid in the healing process following surgery or burns. Cysteine might aid in fat burning and muscle building.

Tryptophan: 370mg

An amino acid called tryptophan is required for the body to produce and maintain its proteins, muscles, enzymes, and neurotransmitters as well as for a baby to grow normally. This amino acid is necessary.
Tryptophan is used by the body to produce serotonin and melatonin. Serotonin is supposed to assist regulate appetite, sleep, mood, and pain. Melatonin aids in the regulation of the sleep-wake cycle. Niacin, or vitamin B3, is another substance that the liver may make from tryptophan and is essential for DNA synthesis and energy metabolism.

Iron: 8mg

The body needs iron as a mineral for growth and development. Hemoglobin, a protein found in red blood cells that transports oxygen from the lungs to every area of the body, and myoglobin, a protein found in muscles, are made by the body using iron.

Vitamin B6: 1.3mg

Vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine, is a water-soluble vitamin that plays a crucial role in many bodily functions. This essential nutrienthelps to metabolize amino acids, which are the building blocks of protein, making it crucial for muscle building and repair.

Vitamin B12: 2.4mcg

The vitamin plays a key role indelivering oxygen to your muscles. A deficiency in B12 can also impact nerve production, leading to a loss of muscle mass. It also helps to metabolize protein and fat, assisting in the process of building new muscle.

Folate: 400mcg

Vitamin B-9, folate, is essential for the production of red blood cells as well as for the normal growth and function of cells. In order to lower the risk of brain and spine birth abnormalities, the vitamin is essential in the early stages of pregnancy. Beans, peas, almonds, and dark green leafy vegetables are the main sources of folate.
