How We Got Here
Brad Keyes, a passionate endurance athlete, faced a critical challenge that wasn't part of any race course: severe stomach issues during his training and events. These issues often forced him out of races, leaving him in pain and searching for a solution. Determined not to let his condition end his athletic pursuits, Brad turned to the experts—nutritionists and exercise physiologists—and embarked on a journey of rigorous testing and research.
